🦴 Hip pain that keeps getting worse? It could be Avascular Necrosis (AVN).
AVN happens when the blood supply to a bone – most often the hip joint – is reduced. The bone slowly weakens and, over time, the joint can collapse.
⚠️ Watch out for:
• Pain in the groin, hip or thigh
• Pain while walking or standing
• Stiffness and reduced movement
• Limping in later stages
Common causes: long-term steroid use, heavy alcohol intake, hip injury or fracture and certain medical conditions.

🦴 कूल्हे का दर्द बढ़ता ही जा रहा है? यह एवैस्कुलर नेक्रोसिस (AVN) हो सकता है।
AVN में हड्डी – अक्सर कूल्हे के जोड़ – तक रक्त की आपूर्ति घट जाती है। इससे हड्डी धीरे-धीरे कमज़ोर हो जाती है और समय के साथ जोड़ बिगड़ सकता है।
⚠️ इन लक्षणों पर ध्यान दें:
• कमर-जाँघ (ग्रोइन), कूल्हे या जाँघ में दर्द
• चलने या खड़े होने पर दर्द
• जोड़ में जकड़न और गति में कमी
• आगे चलकर लंगड़ाकर चलना
मुख्य कारण: लंबे समय तक स्टेरॉइड का सेवन, अत्यधिक शराब, कूल्हे की चोट या फ्रैक्चर और कुछ अन्य रोग।
🌿 संधानम आयुर्वेद में बस्ति, अभ्यंग, स्वेदन जैसी पंचकर्म चिकित्सा और अस्थि-पोषक, वातशामक औषधियों से दर्द कम करने, गतिशीलता बढ़ाने और जोड़ को सहारा देने में मदद की जाती है। समय पर X-ray / MRI जाँच के साथ शुरुआती इलाज से सबसे अच्छे परिणाम मिलते हैं।
